STATISTICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE DIRECT IMPACT OF TOURISM ON THE ECONOMY BASED ON SELECTED OBSERVATIONS

This article provides a statistical assessment of the direct impact of the tourism sector on the economy of Uzbekistan based on selective observations. The data collected through a survey were analyzed, examining the benefits for tourism development, the importance of digital technologies, the financing system, problems in attracting tourists, and measures to develop domestic tourism. Based on the research results, shortcomings in the tourism sector were identified, and proposals for their elimination were developed.
