Abstract

This article scientifically and theoretically studies the effectiveness indicators of implementing modern HR technologies in tourist enterprises. Within the framework of the study, the digital transformation of human resources management is justified as an important factor in the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the context of globalization, increased competition and changing customer requirements. The article analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence-based recruiting systems, digital learning platforms (LMS), HR analytics, online assessment and monitoring tools on the activities of tourist enterprises.

The analysis was carried out based on international statistical data, reports of reputable consulting companies, and the results of foreign and domestic scientific research. It is argued that the introduction of HR technologies in tourism enterprises can not only increase operational efficiency, but also play an important role in developing human capital, improving strategic management, and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.
