This article provides information on the ways of further developing the economy of Khorezm region and new industrial directions that are beneficial to establish within the region. In recent years, the analysis of the growth trends of the macroeconomic indicators of the Khorezm region and the priority areas of the state programs planned for the coming years have determined the main task of achieving economic growth through the creation of new jobs through the effective use of the existing natural, economic and social opportunities in the region. Economic and geographical analysis, statistics and cartographic methods were used to reveal the above tasks. It was with the help of these research methods that proposals and recommendations were developed on the specific aspects of the formation of new industries that develop the Khorezm economy and their future prospects.
