OBJECTIVE NECESSITY OF INCREASING THE EXPORT POTENTIAL OF SMALL BUSINESS

Abstract

This article examines the necessity of developing export activities of small business entities in Uzbekistan, its objective factors and prospects. The study analyzes the share of small business entities in the countryʼs foreign trade activities and identifies factors hindering the increase of export potential. In the context of WTO accession process and GSP+ preferences, ways to improve the competitiveness of small business are shown. Based on the study of best practices of foreign countries, proposals and recommendations applicable to Uzbekistanʼs conditions have been developed.
