Annotatsiya

Maqolada raqamlashtirish sharoitida O‘zbekiston turizm sohasida bandlik sifatini baholash va munosib mehnatni ta’minlashga doir metodologik yondashuv ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot muammosi turistlar oqimi hamda xizmatlar hajmining jadal 238 o‘sishi o‘z-o‘zidan rasmiy, barqaror va sifatli ish o‘rinlarini shakllantirmasligi bilan bog‘liq. Metodologiya institutsional, mehnat-iqtisodiy, qiyosiy va tarkibiy-dinamik tahlilga, shuningdek Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot tashkiloti hamda Eurofound yondashuvlarini integratsiyalashga asoslangan. Bandlikning rasmiyligi va barqarorligi, daromad, ish vaqti va mehnat intensivligi, xavfsizlik va psixososial muhit, ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish, raqamli huquqlar va protsessual adolatni qamrab oluvchi olti blokli baholash tizimi taklif etilgan. 2020–2025-yillar ma’lumotlari turistlar oqimi va nominal xizmatlar hajmi bandlik o‘sishidan ancha tez kengayganini ko‘rsatadi. Shu asosda «mehnat unumdorligi × bandlik sifati» ikki tomonlama natijadorlik mezoni asoslangan. Amaliy takliflar tarmoq bandlik sifati paneli, raqamli monitoring va ish beruvchilarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash choralarini mehnat standartlariga rioya qilish bilan bog‘lashni nazarda tutadi.
