Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida korxonalarni strategik boshqarishda HR analitikaning roli tadqiq etiladi. Ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv modelining inson kapitali samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda HR-metrikalarni strategik qarorlar qabul qilish jarayoniga integratsiyalash hamda bashoratli tahlil orqali kadrlar siyosatini optimallashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
