Abstract

This article explores the priority directions for developing strategic HR management in pharmaceutical enterprises. The study aims to substantiate a comprehensive model for strategic HR management development, considering the specific characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry (GMP, GDP, GxP standards, the need for highly qualified scientific personnel, and strict regulatory control). The research methodology is based on methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and a systematic approach. Competency-based management, digital HR technologies, talent management, and continuous professional development systems are analyzed, and their interconnectedness is substantiated. As a result, a conceptual model consisting of five priority directions for pharmaceutical enterprises has been developed, and practical recommendations are provided. The research findings hold practical significance for developing HR strategies and improving personnel policies in pharmaceutical enterprises.
