ECONOMIC MECHANISMS AND DIRECTIONS FOR THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD SECURITY IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article examines the economic mechanisms for ensuring food security in Uzbekistan under conditions of innovative development. The study analyzes grain production dynamics during 2020–2025, the production of major food crops, regional differences in agricultural output, and changes in food prices. The role of digitalization, modern agricultural technologies, resource-efficient production, and innovative infrastructure in strengthening food security is substantiated. Based on the findings, recommendations are developed to improve the economic mechanisms of an innovative agri-food system.Keywords
