PRIORITY AREAS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS’EMPLOYMENT AND FINANCIAL LITERACY IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

This article examines the issues of increasing the employment of women entrepreneurs and improving their financial literacy in the digital economy. The development of modern digital technologies significantly increases the level of women’s activity in the labor market, their ability to start and expand their entrepreneurial activities, and at the same time, their access to financial services. The article systematically analyzes the economic, institutional, financial and digital factors affecting the development of women entrepreneurs. The impact of women entrepreneurs’ access to financial resources, digital and financial literacy levels on entrepreneurial activities in the conditions of Uzbekistan is studied. The research methodology uses a systematic approach, comparative analysis, grouping and generalization of statistical data, analysis of scientific sources, and comparative study of international experience. The results of the study show the importance of developing digital skills, financial literacy, and knowledge of entrepreneurship in increasing the employment of women entrepreneurs. The study also developed priority areas for developing women's entrepreneurship, expanding the use of digital financial services, and increasing financial literacy.
