Abstract

The article discusses modern challenges for HR leaders, highlighting the following main problems of personnel management in the current business world - digital transformation, managing remote teams, increasing employee engagement, developing corporate culture and work-life balance. Possible solutions to these problems and practical recommendations for successful personnel management are provided.
