Abstract
In this article, scientific-theoretical approaches of foreign scientists to ensuring the employment of the population of our country in the field of tourism services, practical activities and results in the development of the tourism services market of leading countries with a sufficiently developed tourism sector were studied, and as a result of their use, opportunities for the development of the tourism sector.Keywords
