РОЛЬ HR-АНАЛИТИКИ В ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ
Аннотация
В статье исследуется роль HR-аналитики в стратегическом управлении предприятиями в условиях цифровой экономики. Анализируется значимость модели управления на основе данных в повышении эффективности человеческого капитала. В исследовании разработаны научно-практические рекомендации по интеграции HR-метрик в процесс принятия стратегических решений и оптимизации кадровой политики посредством прогнозной аналитики.
