SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF IMPROVING RURAL EMPLOYMENT REGULATION

Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of ensuring population employment and improving the mechanisms of labor market regulation in rural areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the study, macroeconomic and demographic indicators for the period 2021–2025 are examined, and structural changes in the rural labor market, problems of informal employment, and the role of digitalization processes in the agricultural sector are evaluated. Scientific perspectives of domestic and foreign scholars after 2020 are synthesized, and scientific-practical proposals are developed for creating stable jobs in rural areas and supporting family entrepreneurship.
