Abstract
The article analyzes the development, territorial specialization, and intensive growth factors of flower growing agro-entrepreneurship in the Namangan region from 2016 to 2025. Dynamic index, CAGR, structural share, CR3 territorial concentration coefficient, and resource efficiency indicators were utilized. According to the research results, the number of flower growing entities increased from 85 to 600, the volume of cultivated flowers grew from 1.25 million to 11.2 million units, and the greenhouse area expanded from 8 to 108 hectares. In 2025, the Namangan city–Davlatabad agglomeration, along with Namangan and Uchkurgan districts, accounted for 86.2% of flower production, 86.8% of production value, and 86.7% of employment. Water consumption decreased by 41.9%, and the share of drip irrigation reached 64%, whereas energy consumption increased by 92.9%. The findings indicate a transition in flower growing from an extensive model to an intensive one relying on greenhouses, product variety, and exports, while territorial concentration and energy costs impose new constraints. The article proposes differential development pathways based on nursery management, logistics, energy, and knowledge services that connect the center and the periphery. Keywords
