ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF CIVIL SERVANTS
Abstract
The article examines the modernization processes carried out in recent years to increase the efficiency of public administration in Uzbekistan, improve the assessment of the effectiveness of civil servants, as well as systemic reforms on the most important performance indicators of civil servants. Since the KPI system for civil servants has its own characteristics, that is, a significant part of the results cannot be measured by financial indicators, a calculation formula for calculating the KPI index was presented, and the general conclusion was proposed to be determined using the efficiency coefficient. It is concluded that the introduction of an effective KPI system makes it possible to effectively use the potential of civil servants and improve the quality of work results.
