Abstract
This article analyzes the best practices of foreign higher education institutions in developing leadership competencies among students and scientifically substantiates the possibilities of their transformation into the education system of Uzbekistan. The research employs methods of comparative-logical analysis, interpretation of regulatory documents, and conceptual synthesis. The results confirm the effectiveness of the competency-based approach, the mentoring institute, and the project-based learning (PBL) system. As a scientific novelty of the study, criteria and a methodological model for adapting foreign experience to the national educational environment are proposed.References
