Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the role of human and social capital in the economic growth process under modern economic conditions and their relationship with fiscal policy. In the study, the direction of state budget expenditures on education, healthcare, and science is assessed as an important factor in the formation and development of human capital. Also, social capital is considered as an important resource that influences economic development through mutual trust, cooperation, and institutional relations in society. The research results show that supporting social spheres through fiscal policy contributes to the sustainable development of the country's economy, the expansion of innovative activity, and increased labor productivity.
