LONG-TERM STRATEGY FOR ENSURING RURAL EMPLOYMENT: STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATIVE APPROACHES
Abstract
This article analyzes the long-term strategic framework for ensuring employment of the rural population in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the migration of intersectoral labor resources and transformation processes. Based on the latest macroeconomic and demographic indicators for the period 2021–2025, trends in the rural labor market were assessed at the macro, meso and micro levels. The study examined the employment efficiency of agro-industrial clusters, the "Makhallabay" mechanism and "green" jobs using economic and mathematical methods. At the end of the article, long-term strategic proposals were developed to reduce informal employment in rural areas and diversify the economy.References
