Abstract

National Human Capital is one of the main factors in the economic well-being of the country. Investing in a number of socio-cultural factors in improving the quality of human capital is one of the pressing issues. The article analyzes the factors that influence the formation of national human capital by investing in the field of culture by the authors. Processes related to the Human Capital Index and the Knowledge Economy Index have been studied.
