Abstract
The article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the directions and prospects for improving the system for evaluating significant labor efficiency indicators (KPI) at enterprises, analyzes on the basis of the results of a social survey the material and non-material incentives that affect the system for evaluating the effectiveness of workers, training and retraining of employees.Keywords
