Xalqaro mehnat bozorida unumli bandlik va bandlik tarkibidagi qiyosiy xususiyatlar

Ushbu maqolada Xalqaro Mehnat Tashkiloti tomonidan mamlakatda unumli va mahsuldor bandlikni oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalarini amalda qo‘llash, uni milliy mehnat bozori ko‘rsatkichlari asosida hisoblash va tahlil etib borish ko‘plab mamlakatlarda kambag‘allikka qarshi kurashishdagi muhim vazifalardan biri ekanligini yoritib berildi. Jahon mehnat bozorida mavjud kambag‘allik ta’sir doirasidagilar orasida ish bilan band aholi mavjudligi unumli bandlikni hisoblash lozimligiga urg‘u beradi. Maqolada unumli bandlik ko‘rsatkichlari, tahlili va uni hisoblash usuli batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqola so‘nggida unumli bandlikni oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar joy olgan.
