Аннотация

Предполагается широкое внедрение в современный жизненный опыт и трудовые процессы, а также в условиях цифровой экономики. Посредством обучения и развития в секторах экономики компании считают важным привлекать, мотивировать и удерживать талантливых сотрудников на всех уровнях для разработки новых продуктов, создания новых и инновационных идей. Основная цель нашего исследования – развитие человеческого капитала на основе цифровизации. Основная цель статьи – система подготовки кадров для развития человеческого капитала в условиях цифровой экономики в Узбекистане.
