Avtomatlashtirish va sun'iy intellektni (SI) inson resurslari amaliyotiga integratsiya qilish inson resurslarini boshqarishda avtomatlashtirish orqali biznesni yaxshilaydi.
So'nggi 10 yil ichida raqamli iqtisodiyotning jadal rivojlanishi, ayniqsa, yangi raqamli va transformatsion texnologik ko'nikmalar kontekstida sun'iy intellektning rivojlanishi inson resurslarini boshqarishning yangi tendentsiyasiga aylandi. HR tizimida CRM tizimlari yoki boshqa raqamli platformalardan foydalanish xodimlarni yollash va tanlash, xodimlar uchun KPI belgilash, shuningdek, mukofotlash tizimi kabi jarayonlarni sezilarli darajada osonlashtiradi. Bundan tashqari, raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida mehnat unumdorligini 3-4 barobar oshirish mumkin.
