Abstract

The article examines the potential of using demographic data in the context of human resource management. The focus is on how companies can optimize their staffing decisions, forecast talent needs, shape corporate culture and strategically plan their operations based on in-depth analysis of the data provided. The conclusion emphasizes that the successful use of population data requires a competent and informed approach, and if used correctly, can be a key strategic tool for strengthening organizational capacity.
