Annotatsiya

Raqamli texnologiyalarning jadal sur’atlarda rivojlanishi va turli sohalarga joriy etilishi mehnat bozori hamda ijtimoiy mehnat munosabatlarida chuqur o‘zgarishlarni yuzaga keltirmoqda. Zamonaviy ishbilarmonlik muhiti raqamli yechimlar asosida tashkil etilayotgani, xodimlar va ish beruvchilar o‘rtasidagi aloqalarni qayta shakllantirishni taqozo etmoqda. Masofadan ishlash, moslashuvchan ish grafigi, onlayn mehnat faoliyati va avtomatlashtirish kabi omillar mehnat shartlarini yangilash, mehnat huquqlari va kafolatlariga bo‘lgan yondashuvni qayta ko‘rib chiqishni talab etadi. Ushbu maqolaning asosiy maqsadi - raqamli texnologiyalar ta’sirida shakllanayotgan yangi ijtimoiy mehnat munosabatlarini o‘rganish, ularning imkoniyat va xavf-xatarlarini aniqlash hamda inson kapitalining moslashuvchanligini ta’minlash yo‘llarini yoritishdan iborat.
