Abstract

This article is dedicated to analyzing the integration of digital technologies into human resource management and their impact on improving efficiency and achieving the strategic goals of organizations. It covers modern methods of human resource management using social networks, digital technologies for improving business processes, and trends in personnel policy. The article explores the importance of implementing artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud platforms, and other innovative technologies to optimize recruitment, assessment, and employee development processes. The author emphasizes that the use of digital technologies in human resource management will not only enhance efficiency and automation but also improve communication and create new strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
