FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article examines the stages of development and formation of the public-private partnership (PPP) mechanism in the spheres of preschool education in Uzbekistan. The article examines the regulatory framework, adaptation of international experience, participation of international organizations and financial institutions. It examines existing models, regional differences, challenges and prospects. It presents an assessment of current initiatives by government authorities and international partners such as ADB, OPEC Fund, Saudi Fund for Development and UNICEF.
