Abstract

This article investigates contemporary directions in the digital transformation of labor relations within the context of electronic public administration development. It examines the theoretical foundations of digitalizing state regulation in the labor sphere, the specifics of integrating digital technologies into the public service delivery system, and the prerequisites for utilizing intelligent digital services to counsel the population on employment issues and labor legislation. Particular attention is dedicated to analyzing the results of a sociological study conducted among the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at identifying the most sought-after domains for digital advisory services in labor relations. The study surveyed 2344 respondents, enabling the assessment of public awareness regarding labor legislation, the most prevalent challenges encountered when interacting with government bodies, and citizens' readiness to adopt digital services driven by artificial intelligence technologies. The findings demonstrate a high demand for digital consulting tools capable of providing rapid access to information on labor rights, employment, social guarantees, and worker protection mechanisms. The study concludes with the necessity of further developing intelligent digital platforms within the sphere of social and labor relations regulation.
