HUMAN CAPITAL AND ITS ROLE IN ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
This article explores the issues of effective utilization of human capital in small business enterprises and the improvement of methodologies to enhance its efficiency. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of using the knowledge, skills, experience, and professional competencies of employees in small business entities, as well as to develop modern methods for its enhancement. The study employs systemic, comparative, statistical, and economic analysis methods. The impact of employee qualifications, labor productivity, motivation, professional development, and digital skills on human capital efficiency is examined. As a result of the research, a system of comprehensive indicators for assessing human capital in small businesses is proposed. This approach contributes to increasing labor productivity, effectively utilizing the professional potential of employees, and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.Keywords
