Abstract

This article highlights the main issues of the employment level in the tourism, analyzes the main trends and problems of the industry. The article provides statistical information on the number of jobs created by the tourism industry over the past years, reveals the main advantages of using the human resource management system in the tourism and hospitality industry, mentions the main reasons for active staff turnover and employment difficulties, provides the most effective ways to solve these problems.
