Abstract

Alongside the development of the tourism sector in Uzbekistan, it is becoming one of the key industries in the country's economy. Tourism not only plays an important role in showcasing the country's cultural and natural wealth, but also plays a significant role in creating new jobs. This article analyzes the employment indicators in the tourism services market in Uzbekistan, the current state of their regulation, and the impact of the digital economy on employment to some extent.
