GENDER CHARACTERISTICS OF INCREASING THE LEVEL OF PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION
Abstract
Increasing the level of productive employment of the population is based on a healthy economy and a highly developed society. Productively employed individuals can contribute to economic growth while ensuring that they receive a living wage. This article explores the key aspects of gender in increasing productive employment, its impact on individuals and society, and strategies to expand this type of employment. Empirical and conceptual research on gender aspects, the employment of women and men, a number of factors affecting them, and systematized scientific approaches were studied in this research. As a scientific result of the research, recommendations on increasing the productive employment of the country’s population were proposed.
