Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqola yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining bandlik va ish o‘rinlari tuzilmasiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. An’anaviy yondashuvlarda SI ko‘pincha ish o‘rinlarini qisqartiruvchi omil sifatida talqin qilinsa, bu tadqiqot e’tiborni uchta asosiy mexanizmga qaratadi. Birinchidan, talabni kuchaytirish SI yordamida samaradorlik oshishi natijasida qayta tiklanuvchi energetika, energiya tejamkor rekonstruksiya, chiqindilarni qayta ishlash va “aqlli” qishloq xo‘jaligi tarmoqlarida investitsiyalar kengayadi hamda ish o‘rinlari ko‘payadi. Ikkinchidan, vazifalarni qayta bog‘lash mutaxassislar SI bilan birgalikda ishlash orqali mehnat unumdorligi va xavfsizlikni kuchaytiradi, kasbiy rollar yangilanadi. Uchinchidan, ko‘nikmalar ekotizimi qayta tayyorlash va malaka oshirish mahalliy integratsiyani kuchaytirib, sof bandlik o‘sishini rag‘batlantiradi. Metodologik yondashuv konseptual ramka, sektoriy stsenariylar va input–output asosidagi indikativ baholashni o‘z ichiga oladi. Natijalar SI yashil tarmoqlarda sof bandlik o‘sishini ta’minlashi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi va qisqa muddatda qayta tayyorlash siyosatlari zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
