On the Scientific School of Labor Economics and Human Capital
The activity of the scientific school "Labor Economics and Human Capital" was established in 2019 on the basis of the Resolution of the Academic Council of the Tashkent State University of Economics No. 3 and the order of the rector of the university No. 922. The scientific school "Labor Economics and Human Capital" was founded by Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan Abdurahmanov Kalandar Khodjayevich.
The purpose of the scientific school is to study the main trends and priorities of socio-economic development of society in the field of labor economics and human capital, as well as to provide scientific assumptions and recommendations that will serve the country's development.
To date, under the direct scientific supervision of the founder of the scientific school, 17 doctors of sciences and 46 candidates of sciences have been trained. In addition, more than 30 young scientists are currently conducting research as members of the scientific school.
In addition, the scientific school will focus on the digital transformation of the labor market in the country, incentives, motivation and wages, the elimination of forced labor, the regulation of migration and demographic processes, "smart economy", "human capital", "consumption". His team conducts research in the most up-to-date areas of knowledge, such as “basket”, “labor relations in the green economy”, “decent work”, changes in the labor market and issues of human capital in the conditions of introduction of artificial intelligence, virtual employment and remote employment, and unstable forms of employment. The scientific school "Labor Economics and Human Capital" carries out its activities in the areas of scientific and pedagogical, research, scientific and production, and in doing so, the scientific school has formed a sufficient capacity and team members.
