Maqola oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida moliyaviy motivatsiya mexanizmlari va xodimlarning samaradorligi o'rtasidagi munosabatlarni tahlil qilishga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqotda 2000-yildan 2021-yilgacha bo‘lgan davrdagi statistik ma’lumotlar, jumladan, investitsiya xarajatlari va olingan foyda to‘g‘risidagi million so‘mlarda ifodalangan ma’lumotlar o‘rganiladi.
