Abstract

Global changes require the formation of radically new skills and competencies needed both to participate in the creation and distribution of digital technologies and to use them in everyday life. As the digital economy slowly penetrates into the lives of countries and people, it will not fail to influence every process. In this context, human resource management processes are included in its sphere of influence. The development of human resources directly affects their labor productivity. In the conditions where new knowledge is emerging day by day, management of leaders remains an actual issue. The reason is that if the leader meets the demands of the times in every aspect, the work productivity of his subordinates will increase and this will affect the organization's activities. Developing countries are now focusing on increasing productivity by developing leaders. A leader is a person who plays a key role in a group, is a vector of authority and action for its members.

This article reveals the essence of how to improve labor productivity by managing leaders in the digital economy, and the result of a study conducted in four large enterprises is that they conduct a survey to fully manage leaders and improve labor productivity in the era of digital economy, and according to the result, leaders and employees are specialized according to the market demand. it was found that training and development, career advancement and even forming an HR strategy.
