ВЛИЯНИЕ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ НА СОЦИАЛЬНО-ТРУДОВЫЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ

Бурное развитие цифровых технологий и их внедрение в различные сферы жизни привели к существенным изменениям на рынке труда и в сфере социальных трудовых отношений. Современная деловая среда формируется на основе цифровых решений, что требует пересмотра взаимодействия между работниками и работодателями. Такие факторы, как дистанционная работа, гибкий график, онлайн-деятельность и автоматизация, способствуют трансформации условий труда, а также требуют пересмотра подходов к трудовым правам и гарантиям. Основная цель данной статьи — изучить формирующиеся новые социальные трудовые отношения под влиянием цифровых технологий, выявить их возможности и риски, а также обозначить пути повышения адаптивности человеческого капитала в новых условиях.
