Abstract

This article explores the impact of digital technologies on Human Resource Management (HRM) and the challenges associated with their effective implementation. It analyzes the positive effects of tools such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, cloud systems, and SMAC technologies on HR processes, as well as key obstacles to adoption, including underdeveloped infrastructure, insufficient qualified personnel, and incomplete legal frameworks. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning technology with the human factor for successful digital transformation.
