Maqolada O‘zbekistonda maktabgacha ta’lim sohasida davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) mexanizmini rivojlantirish va shakllantirish bosqichlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Normativ-huquqiy baza, xalqaro tajribani moslashtirish, xalqaro tashkilotlar va moliya institutlarining ishtiroki ko‘rib chiqilmoqda. U mavjud modellarni, mintaqaviy farqlarni, muammolar va istiqbollarni ko'rib chiqadi. Unda hukumat organlari va OTB, OPEK jamg‘armasi, Saudiya taraqqiyot jamg‘armasi va YUNISEF kabi xalqaro hamkorlar tomonidan joriy tashabbuslarning bahosi keltirilgan.
