Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada aholining ish bilan unumli bandlik darajasini baholashda institutsional muhit, inklyuzivlik omillari hamda hududiy mehnat bozorlari xususiyatlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi nazariy va metodologik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Unumli bandlikni baholashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tizimlashtirilib, institutsional sifat, ijtimoiy guruhlarning mehnat bozoriga kirish imkoniyatlari va hududlar o‘rtasidagi iqtisodiy farqlar uning darajasiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari hududiy mehnat siyosati va inklyuziv bandlik strategiyalarini takomillashtirishda ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
