Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada minimal ish haqi siyosatining iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy oqibatlari nazariy hamda amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Minimal ish haqi darajasini belgilash mehnat bozori muvozanati, bandlik darajasi, aholi daromadlari va kambag‘allikni kamaytirish jarayonlariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi muhim iqtisodiy instrument sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda minimal ish haqining bandlik, ishchi kuchi taklifi, mehnat unumdorligi va daromadlar tengsizligiga ta’siri turli iqtisodiy yondashuvlar asosida baholanadi. Shuningdek, minimal ish haqi siyosatining ijtimoiy adolatni ta’minlash, aholining turmush darajasini oshirish va ijtimoiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashdagi roli yoritiladi. Olingan xulosalar minimal ish haqi siyosatini takomillashtirish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlik va ijtimoiy muvozanatni ta’minlash imkoniyatlarini asoslab beradi.
