This article is dedicated to studying the impact of introducing innovative technologies into production processes on workforce productivity. Implementing innovations in production is considered one of the key factors of the modern economy, as this process enhances labor productivity, ensures efficient resource utilization, and strengthens competitiveness.
The research analyzes how workforce productivity has changed as a result of the automation of production processes, the introduction of artificial intelligence, industrial robotics, and digital technologies. Additionally, the influence of innovations on the labor market, qualification requirements, and opportunities for creating new jobs is examined.
The article discusses the positive and negative impacts of implementing innovations based on empirical data and statistical indicators. Specifically, it highlights the reduction in production costs, the increase in production volumes, and the improvement in product quality resulting from innovations. At the same time, it emphasizes the necessity of retraining the workforce to adapt to new technologies and the development of new sectors requiring high-level qualifications.
