ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES THROUGH KPIs AT ENTERPRISES

Abstract

This article examines the impact of implementing a team-based Key Performance Indicators (KPI) system in garment manufacturing enterprises on production efficiency and labor motivation. During the study, production performance was analyzed based on team-based KPI indicators using online and face-to-face surveys as well as expert interviews. The role of the KPI system in strengthening cooperation among employees and increasing labor productivity is substantiated. The results obtained demonstrate that the team-based KPI system serves as an effective management and incentive tool in garment manufacturing enterprises.
