Ushbu maqolada tadbirkorlik faoliyatida marketing strategiyalarining mehnat unumdorligiga ta’siri nazariy jihatdan o‘rganilgan. Jahon tajribasi hamda mahalliy tadqiqotlar tahlil qilinib, marketing yondashuvlari ishlab chiqarish jarayonini samarali tashkil etish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va raqobatbardosh kadrlarni shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi aniqlangan. O’zbekiston Respublikasi Milliy statistika qo’mitasi ma’lumotlari asosida O‘zbekistonda kichik tadbirkorlik subyektlari faoliyatining 2019-2023-yillardagi ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinib, marketing strategiyalarining mehnat unumdorligiga bevosita ta’siri o’rganilgan. Xususan, eksport va import ulushi dinamikasi, xizmatlar hajmining tez o‘sishi hamda YaIMdagi ulushdagi pasayish marketing yondashuvlarini takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatmoqda. Maqolada marketing strategiyalari va mehnat unumdorligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinib, tadbirkorlik subyektlari faoliyatini samarali rivojlantirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
