Xalqaro miqyosga chiqish strategiyasi – oliy ta’lim muassasalari kelajakdagi muvaffaqiyatining kaliti

Xalqaro miqyosga chiqish (internatsionallashuv) markazlashgan rejalashtirishdan bozor iqtisodiyotiga o‘tayotgan davlatlar uchun muhim strategiya sifatida qaralmoqda. Hozirda universitetlarni internatsionallashtirish bo‘yicha milliy hamda institut darajasidagi sa’y-harakatlar olib borilmoqda. Biroq, alohida oliy ta’lim muassasalari bu jarayonni qanday amalga oshirayotgani va undan qanday foyda ko‘rayotgani yuzasidan yetarli tadqiqotlar mavjud emas. Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston universitetlarining internatsionallashuv orqali o‘qituvchilar va talabalar bilim hamda ko‘nikmalarini qanday oshirayotganini o‘rganadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekiston universitetlarida qo‘llanilayotgan internatsionallashuv usullari asosan situativ yondashuv bilan tavsiflanadi, bunda cheklangan resurslar va o‘qituvchi hamda talabalar orasida til bilish darajasining pastligi kabi muammolar mavjud. Avvalgi tadqiqotlarga muvofiq, resurslarning yetishmasligi va ingliz tilini yetarli darajada bilmaslik internatsionallashuv jarayonining asosiy to‘siqlari sifatida aniqlangan. Bundan tashqari, ushbu tadqiqot ilgari tegishli adabiyotlarda yetarli yoritilmagan yana bir muammoni – ya’ni ilmiy tadqiqot va nashrlar orqali bilim yaratish jarayonining barqarorligini – alohida ta’kidlaydi.
